Ruth and Naomi’s Mission (RAN) is a Christian faith-based organization with a vision and commitment to see the lives of people experiencing homelessness, poverty, and struggling with addiction transformed by the love of God.

To assist in this work, they are looking for an HR Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and benefits administration. The HR Manager will foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring the team operates effectively and compassionately.
